I'm not sure why..but there is something about the night that makes me..I'm not sure of the word...sober? Or rather there is something about the night that makes me reminisce..makes me think...makes me ponder...I think about everything...from getting my dang drivers license to a sad show I'd watch...its funny how we can get affected emotionally from say watching a sad show to perhaps seeing your best friend get married for example...Why do we feel what we feel? Imagine a world where we had no emotions...where we did not feel pain or loss..or happiness...nothing. I will never forget this saying that I heard in a movie..."If it don't kill you, it make you stronger" And I believe in this so strongly! If it doesn't kill you, it surely will make you stronger and wiser...
I was watching the Discovery Channel today and saw this show about Crop Circles. Do you believe in life out there, beyond planet Earth? I for one, believe with my whole heart that there is. I mean come on...Earth is just one planet in a solar system made up of a bunch of planets and this is just one solar system of MILLIONS of solar systems that make up space...GOD knows how big this blackness that surrounds Earth is...Imagine..from prehistoric times where animals and trees and plants were everywhere to a concrete jungle of buildings..laptops..CD players..Television..Internet..I could go on and on and on. Think about how much we've progressed..it leaves me speechless just thinking about it. Yet we hardly think about these things..we hardly ever consider how damned lucky we are to be living in such technology! And technology grows EVERY day..every single day someone discovers SOMETHING and it keeps going on and on... I certainly believe that there MUST be life out there thriving and growing more knowledgeble each and every passing day just like Earth...maybe in another form but still similar! Already private companies are looking to build on planets like Mars and the Moon, hoping to build hotels, malls..on these planets and cast them as tourist attractions...God knows what will happen in 500 years from now...In fact, look at 100years from now..a mere 100...imagine the fantastic discoveries that will be made..the technological advances 100 years from now...We could be on vehicles that literally float on air... On tv there's this advertisement about how technology can soon make a soldier completely invisible! Imagine that! =)
