I really love these lyrics. It comes from the song "Resolution" from Nick Lachey. It is one of the songs in his all-new album.
My 2-cents worth on these lyrics:
We can only run so far, from our fears. I guess sometimes we have to turn around and face them head on. We have to make sacrifices sometimes, but there is so much more awaiting us in the future that we can look forward to =) It just really makes a whole lotta sense, these lyrics, doesn't it! Sometimes, its hard to define whats going on, it seems like a big mess that nobody will ever be able to untangle. It is only when we look fear in the eye and challenge it, that we see what we have always been longing to find. It has always been right there but we've been so busy running from it that we never stopped to try and understand instead.
I must say, my posts are spaced out by the days LoL...I will make the effort to post more often though! I'm currently blasting Nick Lachey's "I Can't Hate You Anymore" on my iTunes! Its the song you can hear on my blog too, coincidentally! =)
I really hope this post gets published. Blogspot seems to be acting up tonight...Well if I can't post it now, I can always try in a couple hours! I make sure I save a draft copy of my posts just before I post them. Thats my safety precaution in case my posts gets erased and it took me a LONG time to post! LoL =D
